I am using this tool, but I dont know from where you are stucking, and you didn't mention here about your hardware, because it does not work on old hardware, I also was facing an issue with my old laptop, now I bought Imac pro from Couponcodify by using coupons, and now this tool is working well on it, maybe you also have to change your device.
